Our Home
Elms House has been providing care and support for predominantly older adults for over 30 years. Our Residential setting suits those who may require long term support at all times of day, including meals, laundry, personal care etc. Or whom may just require support to whatever degree but with the companionship often not afforded by other care models. We pride ourselves on maintaining a cosy, comfortable environment which our service users are happy to call home.
As a family-run home, our staff team feels more like an extended family, and have decades of care experience between them.

Our model suits those who require access to carers at all times of day, to assist where required with meals, laundry, personal care, community access or any other kind of support.
WHOM WE SUPPORT
We support individuals with mild to moderate learning disabilities as well as mild mental health needs. Our model is best suited to those who are ready to settle long term.
SPECIALIST CARE
We specialise in caring for older individuals who may have additional care needs, but have and will continue to support individuals of all ages who are looking for a solution.
